What is a Form 1?
The Form 1 is a statutory form required to be served when any land is sold in South Australia. Arising from the Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) Act 1994, the Form 1 must be properly prepared and served to comply with strict style and formatting guidelines.

The Form 1 System is comprised of the following sections:
