Both Property Management and Residential Sales forms can be generated. Forms include, Tenancy Agreements, Inspection Reports and Agency Agreements. Guide Notes can also be printed and previewed.

Rather than pay an annual license for forms, printing credits are purchased from the REI. Members can purchase credits by fax, phone and email. The software is provided free to members.
